Return & Exchange Policy – Shopilic

At Shopilic, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Your trust is important to us, and we ensure a transparent and customer-friendly return and exchange process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • The return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Shopilic reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The product is defective or damaged
  • The item delivered is different from what was ordered

      Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or store credit.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)
  • Customized or altered items (if applicable)

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes our quality inspection
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

      Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval

5. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team via Email or WhatsApp
  2. Provide:
    1. Order number

    3. Product images (if damaged/incorrect)
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps
  4. Ship the item back to the provided return address

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue is from our side (wrong or defective item)
  • In approved cases, Shopilic may cover or reimburse shipping costs

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos as proof
  • We will resolve the issue on priority (replacement or refund)

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery

9. Important Disclaimer

Shopilic is a multi-brand store. Product variations (such as slight color differences due to lighting or screen resolution) are not considered defects.
